product was good. so I started working with them Not that far away from me but it took a while to notice they were there. everytime I'm there they are always friendly to the customers, proactive in greeting the customers when they walk in. Later on I found that Evelyn always reaches out and gets to know people's business. She goes to your event. She is good at technology. She has a tool where you can customize I feel very positive about her business.

not the cheapest place, we've ordered 2 years in a row. super fast and the quality was really good. would I pay extra for amazing quality, hell yeah! not the cheapest but not the most expensive prints and embroidery, perfect! the final price was really close to the quote, that's great on such a big order. she didn't jack up the price year to year. she is great at emails. sending proofs ahead of time 1st year she said, "we're a small outfit but if you need it by the next day, we'll work all night!" she found a duffel bag in Woodinville and had it for us. So cool.
